Friends and Family Concert
Remember to mark your calendars for our upcoming "Friends and Family Concert" on May 17. We will meet at the regular time that day. From 5:00 - 5:45 we will practice in our room and then come down to the South Performance Hall and share a short set of songs with you. Please invite family and friends to this event!
Discover MYA - The Video
I hope you take time to watch the 7 minute video which I have posted below. It tells the story of Midwest Young Artists and the dream of Dr. Allan Dennis, MYA's executive director.
New Page - Video
Some of us are old enough to remember the whimsical "B-A-Bay" performed years ago on television by a trio of true knuckleheads... You will know who I mean when you check out the video on our new Video page.
That Crazy Mighty Maestros Schedule
For a complete look at our schedule for the remainder of the semester, please visit the Schedule page.
Missing Song Sheets?
All class handouts and songs are posted and available for downloading and printing. Visit the Handouts 2011-12 page.
Remember that many of the songs we are singing this year have recorded versions (by the original artists). You will find them on the Recordings 2011-12 page.
Be sure to check out the two songs ("America, America" and "Walk The World Now Children") which we recorded a few weeks ago. They are posted on the Songs 2011-12 page. Check with your Mighty Maestro for the password to that page.
Thanks again, and if you have any questions and/or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
See you soon,
Mr. Koch
